A 77-year old Marshfield resident, Virgil Gleason, has been helping his fellow community members take Steps to Better Health. Gleason, an Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program leader, has arthritis. He recognized the benefits of physical activity and became a program leader for the Marshfield and Seymour communities in Southwest Missouri. Gleason was recently featured in a story by OzarksFirst.
