It's been a busy few weeks with the start of Daylight Savings Time March 8 and the beginning of Spring on March 20. We've been busy planning out Steps to Better Health classes for you! In Missouri, the saying often goes – "If you don't like the weather, give it a few minutes." With constantly changing weather, you may prefer to take a class at-home on your own time. We offer an Arthritis Toolkit that you can use at-home to learn more about managing arthritis and related conditions. We also offer an independent version of our popular Walk With Ease program. You can request materials for both today!
